Cancellation Policy

Guitar Your Way does not offer refunds, but rescheduling lessons is always an option if you have to cancel. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance in order to get a rescheduled lesson. An exception will be made for emergencies on the same day. Contact info@guitaryourway.com in case of an emergency. If a lesson is canceled on the same day and there is no emergency, the lesson will not be rescheduled. No-call-no-shows will also not be rescheduled. The Platinum Subscription is renewed every month. You will be billed on the same date every month. If you missed a lesson and there are remaining lessons that you need to receive and a new billing cycle has started, those lessons will be rolled over into the next paid cycle. It is your responsibility to book "make-up lessons" within your billing cycle. Contact Guitar Your Way at info@guitaryourway.com to schedule "make-up lessons" If an instructor needs to cancel for any reason, the lesson will be rescheduled. If there are any connection issues that prevent completion of a lesson, a rescheduled lesson will be offered. With Group Lessons, students pay for 1 group class at a time. They can be taken along with friends and family at a discounted price. Email info@guitaryourway.com to book a group class. If you purchased a Gold or Silver Subscription, you agree to pay the full tuition amount of $924 for 24 weeks (Gold), or $1224 for 36 weeks (Silver) regardless of lesson completion or cancellation requests. You authorizes Guitar Your Way or its payment processor to charge the agreed-upon amount automatically on the scheduled due date each month until the balance is fully paid. If a payment fails, then you will be notified and must resolve the issue within 5 days. A late fee of $20 may apply for overdue payments beyond 5 days.
